MPT Jungle Resort, Udaigiri

Surrounded by jungle, this resort is a great destination for nature lovers. Full of natural beauty on the bank of river.


Around 10 Kms from Sanchi, it is located near famous Udaygiri Caves. The road to the resort itself is very beautiful.



Accommodation

The resort offers two types of accommodations
  • Cottages
  • Ac/Non Ac rooms

All the amenities are up to the mark. Rooms are clean and well equipped. 



Restaurant

There is a small restaurant in the resort campus. With limited menu items, it offers some tasty food. Considering the remote location of the resort, this restaurant serves its purpose very well.  


Attractions

 Apart from the accommodation and restaurant, the resort offers some really good attractions.

Boating Club

There is a small boating club on river behind the resort. You can do the motor boat, paddle boat or use the shikara. The boating gives a wonderful experience on the rive amid the forest and mountain all around.


Play Area

 There is a small play area for kids that has some swings for activities. You can also sit and relax here while having a cup of tea. 




Pathway to Jungle

 Just outside the resort, there a number of pathways to the jungle. You can just roam around for hours and have a glimpse of amazing nature around the resort.  




Play Room

A small play room offers chess, badminton, table tennis, carom in case you want to stay inside.   

Near By Attractions

Udaigiri Caves

The famous Udaigiri caves are located just on just a walking distance. These ancient caves are great example of rock sculptures. You will need to walk a bit to explore all the caves here. From the top of the caves, you will have a glimpse of sunrise and sunset.
Sanchi

The famous Spectacular Buddist Monuments are just 10 Kms away from the resort. You will get the feeling of completeness here. The monuments are nicely maintained and preserved.
All the facilities are up to the mark. You can spend hours by just strolling and having a glimpse of this beautiful world heritage site.
